Short-form video for founders
I grew Stevie Mackey's YouTube from about 17K to 220K subscribers. Now I make short videos for founders.
Be the founder customers, hires and investors already trust before the first call, for about 3 hours a month. You know your product better than anyone. I turn that into short videos people save and share: strategy, scripts, shoot, edit and posting, with a data scientist reading what works each month.

Stevie has coached Jennifer Lopez and spent over ten seasons on NBC's The Voice. I ran video and content strategy for his channel through Treble from April 2021 to January 2023. More output and a better hit rate grew it 13x.

What I did
- Shaped raw, unscripted footage into narrative videos, finding the story beats that held viewers.
- Read the retention charts every week and turned them into creative direction for the shoots.
- Rebuilt his podcast clips from basic cuts into layered stories with text, motion graphics, b-roll and music. Views on the rebuilt clips rose about 15x.
- Directed the videographers and editors across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.

I make tech explainers for 190K+ followers. A save means someone kept the video to use later, which is the reaction a founder explaining a product wants. These are my last seven Reels, Aug 5 to Sep 29, 2026.

8 Founder Tips, 15 clips or 3 Founder Journey shorts, plus a strategy session and a results report. Guarantee: if your pilot shorts don't beat your account's last-90-day saves and shares per 1,000 views, I make half a pilot more, free. Like it? The pilot becomes month 1 of a 3-month plan. Not a fit? You keep everything we made. I work with 2 founders at a time, and pilots start on the 1st of the month.

I'm Tyler Poelking. I was a data scientist at IBM, then Head of Content and Creative Strategy at Treble, where I ran Stevie Mackey's channel. Today I run Ty Teaches Tech, where I test formats on my own audience before I bring them to clients.

Terms, billing and refunds
Simple terms
- Who you're paying. Tyler Poelking Productions LLC, Los Angeles, California. All prices are in US dollars.
- Billing. The $3,000 pilot is paid before kickoff. Monthly packages are invoiced on the 1st of each month, in advance, and due within 7 days. Payment is by bank transfer (ACH) or card through a Stripe invoice.
- Term. The pilot is one month. If you continue, it becomes month 1 of a 3-month term, then month to month.
- Cancellation. Tell me by day 25 of the pilot if you won't continue. After the 3-month term, cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.
- Refunds. Fees for a month already started aren't refunded, and you keep everything delivered that month. If I can't start your pilot, you get a full refund.
- Questions or billing issues. Email ty@tylerpoelking.com. I reply within 1 business day. Full terms are in the agreement we sign before work starts.
